Data Migration
We migrate your existing mailboxes using IMAP, based on the email IDs and access details you provide.
DNS Preparation
We advise reducing DNS TTL values beforehand so the eventual switchover is near-instant.
Verification & Training
Users verify migrated mail. Your IT lead is trained on admin console, webmail, and client configuration.
Go Live
DNS records (MX, A, SPF, DKIM) are updated by your team and the service goes live on Yukthi infrastructure.
On-Premise Option: The full Yukthi Mail solution can also be deployed at your office on your own hardware. Prerequisites include stable power (with UPS), a static public IP, a compatible Debian/Ubuntu server, and a local IT coordinator. Hardware sizing is provided by us.

Hosted Email
Up to 1,000 users across multiple domains. Available in 1 TB and 2 TB storage tiers, billed annually.
On-Premise Deployment
Remote setup with one-time email and archival setup fees, plus annual support from year two onward.
Optional add-ons include hosted email archival and a clean email relay service. Data migration charges are extra depending on the number of users, and the Yukthi File module is available at an incremental charge.
Important Notes
- Hosted data is stored on RAID1/RAID5 arrays in secure, highly available data centres in Europe.
- This is a multi-tenanted service; access URLs, hostnames, and logos are standardised and cannot be customised.
- Spam filters are continuously updated; occasional false positives or negatives may occur. IMAP is recommended so the spam folder is visible.
- The service must not be used for mass marketing or bulk email campaigns.
- User devices must follow standard IT security practices, and users should be briefed on email security hygiene.
